Memorial Copper Rose
Copper roses made for my brother Randy's memorial — flowers that stay in bloom.
The story
This one is personal. My brother Randy passed away, and I made these two copper roses for the marker that stands for him — formed petal by petal, the same way I make every rose, then finished in a soft patina and mounted to last through the seasons beside the tree. Metal is what I know how to work with, and it is also something that endures. That felt right for him.
